With the release of Federal Register 15 CFR Part 748 Vol 75 No.10 dated -released on 1-15-2010, the Bureau of Industry & Security added to the list of Validate End Users (VEN) approved to receive exports/reexports/transfer of certain EAR items under authorization as specified in the Federal Register.
This list now includes the Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation
